Submitting an online order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order is accepted when we confirm it and process payment. Product information is prepared with care, but occasional errors or omissions may occur, and availability may change.
Collection
Please wait until we notify you that your order is ready. The person collecting the order must present the order confirmation and suitable photo identification. Available pickup methods and any payment restrictions will be shown at checkout or advised when we confirm your order.
Our voluntary 30-day policy
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may offer a refund or exchange when:
Change-of-mind return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law. This section does not apply where an item has a fault or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
Consumer guarantees
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault. We may ask for photographs, details of the issue and proof of purchase, and we are entitled to assess the item before providing a remedy. Guest customers can submit the Contact Us form, then email supporting photos, receipts or PDF documents using the instructions shown on the confirmation page.
You may choose a refund or replacement when the product has a major problem under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs. Please contact us before arranging return freight, especially for large or difficult-to-return items.
Before sending anything
Use the Resolution Centre for an online order placed with an account. Guest customers and customers unable to access their account should use the Contact Us form.
After submitting the Contact Us form, use the email option on the confirmation page to send any requested photos, receipt or PDF documents. Include your name and order number.
Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue. Our team will confirm the appropriate return process and next step.
If a return is required, protect the item in transit and follow the return and freight instructions we provide.
Please do not send an item until our team has provided return instructions. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by inadequate packaging or an untracked change-of-mind return.
Processing times
Once a returned item has been received and assessed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 business days; your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the funds.
Product support
If a product develops a problem with workmanship or materials, contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, the item may be repaired, replaced, refunded or credited.
Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Expiry of a manufacturer’s warranty does not automatically end your consumer guarantee rights, which may continue for a reasonable period depending on the product.
